* "Full day E-Bike" formula
As an extra, the E-Bikes can be rented for the whole day; in this case we will be able to reach some more palladian architectures and hidden corners, in a more active, dynamic and original way (suitable to anyone).

* the price is calculated on 19 people; a different number of participants will need a recalculation
** the price consider the current seasonal prices for the Vicenza Silver Card and for the entrance in Villa La Rotonda; remaining fixed the prices of Palladian Routes services, an eventual increase of the prices of our suppliers on the next season will be charged on the final rate

Booking and payment
- 30% account payment (the current one), at the booking
- 40% intermediate payment within 120 days before the tour
- 30% final payment within 60 days before the tour
In this case the prices shown are not per person but per group.
The payment with an American Express card is charged 3%

Agreed formula
€ 93,00 x 25 persons = € 1.767,00
account rate: 30% of € 1.767,00 = € 530,00
"E-Bike full day" formula
€ 101,00 x 19 persons = € 1.919,00
account rate: 30% of € 1.919,00 = € 575,70 (for the group)
Cancellation & Refundthe following penalties are agreed in case of total or partial cancellation
- 30% over 120 days before the tour
- 70% in between 119 and 60 days before the tour
- 90% in between 59 and 14 days before the tour
- 100% within the last 13 days before the tour
